Introduction

This website is operated by Softverses IT Solutions. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Softverses IT Solutions LLP. Cancellation and Refund

• The client agrees to pay a non-refundable advance payment of 50% of the total project cost before the commencement of any work.
• The remaining 50% payment must be made upon successful completion and delivery of the project.
• Any changes to the project scope may result in additional charges and an adjustment to the project timeline.
• If the client terminates the project during the development stage, the client agrees to pay 100% of the total project fee.

Privacy Policy

The client warrants that any text, images, multimedia, or other content provided for the project are owned by them or that they have obtained all necessary permissions and licenses for their use.

Upon full payment, the client will own the final website design and code. However, Softverses IT Solutions LLP retains the right to reuse and showcase the project as part of our portfolio.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the project.
